Craobh 1916

This was a poster I made for Craobh 1916. They are an Irish speaking organisation that promotes speaking Irish through musical events. This event was a rave and traditional Irish music event in Dallymount Stadium. It was hard to design for both a trad and a rave gig, they're not two musical genres that meet each often. However, through using old photography and a typeface that is inspired by old rave flyers, in the end I found something that in my opinion represents both genres well.
